You have 30 days from the day the order is delivered to return a product. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Digital documents, priority processing, shipping expenses, and sale items are non-refundable. We will also not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
The shipping expenses are non-refundable and the cost of shipping your item back to us, is not covered by My Paint Pro.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
You can send your returned items to My Paint Pro, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
